• Cost Accounting - Designed and managed construction cost accounting system for real estate development, retail, manufacturing, and service companies.  Experience includes Activity Based Costing, direct costing, standard costing, and percent completion.
• Financial Projections – Prepared financial models, projections and cash flow for organizations in many industries, including software development, retail fulfillment, real estate development, and not-for-profit organizations.
• Internal Control – Led several companies in internal control reviews and documentation in order to be compliant with Sarbanes-Oaxley requirements.
• Accounting and Procedure Manuals – Analyzed and modified procedure manuals incluing preparation of a revised purchasing procedure for a local government entity.
• Managed Software Development – Managed development of I/S projects including design, contract negotiation and management of project through successful (on time and on budget) completion of proprietary software and hardware installation of LAN and e-commerce on WEB site.
• Supervision of personnel – Supervised staff of up to 60 people in a 3 shift environment.
